• Account data: surname, first name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), telephone number (optional), avatar.
• Sign-in with Google (optional): name, email address and profile photo provided by Google.
• Professional profile data: agency name, real estate licence number, languages spoken, biography, profile photo.
• Listing data: photos, descriptions, prices, precise geographic coordinates, legal status of the property.
• Payment data: when a paid subscription is taken out, payment is processed by Stripe; we keep billing details and payment history, but no bank card data.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, session duration (audience measurement, only with your consent).
• Communications: emails and messages exchanged via our internal messaging system, contact forms, appointment bookings.

Your data is used to:

• Provide the service (account creation, publication of listings, search).
• Secure the platform (fraud prevention, moderation of listings).
• Handle billing and the management of Pro Space subscriptions.
• Put buyers / tenants in contact with agents / sellers.
• Send the newsletter, with your prior explicit consent.
• Carry out statistical analysis of traffic, in accordance with your cookie consent.
• Comply with our legal obligations (accounting, taxation, anti-money laundering).

Depending on the purpose, processing is based on:

• The performance of the contract (account creation, paid services).
• Your consent (newsletter, audience measurement cookies).
• Our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
• Compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, retention of accounting records).

• Active account: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years from the last login.
• Archived listings: 5 years for legal traceability.
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then 1 year in legal anti-spam archiving.

Your data is accessible only to the publisher's authorised persons and to the following service providers, solely for the purposes of the service they provide:

• Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, server located in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Hostinger also sends the site's emails.
• Payment: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland; PCI-DSS certified), when a paid subscription is taken out.
• Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd), only with your consent, with the IP address anonymised.
• Sign-in with Google (optional): Google Ireland Ltd.
• Maps: OpenStreetMap tiles and Nominatim address search (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). Displaying a map sends the visitor's IP address to the OpenStreetMap servers.

No data is sold to third parties. Your data may be disclosed upon a lawful request (judicial or administrative authority).

The publisher is established in Thailand and the data is hosted in Malaysia. Google and Stripe may process data in the European Union and in the United States. These transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the Thai PDPA.

You have the following rights at any time:

• Right of access to your data.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
• Right to data portability (receiving your data in a structured, commonly used format).
• Right to object to processing.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the PDPC (Thailand) and, if you reside in the European Union, with the supervisory authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
